1  目的

4.1 检测
4.1 detection
4.1.1质检部每年至少两次送加工用水到政府部门作水质卫生全项目检测,符合国家饮用水标准(GB5749-85)后方可投入生产,且存入档案。

5  加工用水检验方法和判定

5.1 国家饮用水标准:GB5749

5.3 细菌检验结果中有一项不合格则判为不合格。

6  纠正措施

6.1如果发现所使用的水源经卫生防疫部门检测,指标不符合要求,加工车间要首先中止使用此水源,并对使用此水源加工的产品要进行隔离评估。对此水源重新检测合格后方可继续使用。质检部检验结果不合格应通知加工车间制订消毒方案,并进行连续监控,待指标正常后再转入正常检验。

6.2若供水管道出现故障或停水,恢复供水后水较混浊,必须待水质澄清后经质检部检测确定能否生产。
