The ISO22000 system certification program file: wash disinfection procedures
1  目的
1 Purpose
通过对手的清洗消毒、防止交叉污染,确保产品安全卫生。
Through the match of the cleaning and disinfection, to prevent cross contamination, ensuring product safety and health.
2  适用范围
2 scope of application
所有与食品加工接触的人员。
All food contact personnel.
3  职责
Responsibility 3
与食品加工接触人员均应遵循实施。
Food processing with contact persons shall follow the implementation.
4  工序程序
4 step program
4.1 洗手要求
The 4.1 wash requirements
4.1.1开始工作之前;
4.1.1 before starting work;
4.1.2上厕所之后;
4.1.2 after using the toilet;
4.1.3处理被污染的原材料之后;
4.1.3 treatment of contaminated raw material;
4.1.4从事与生产无关的其他活动之后;
4.1.4 engaged in the production has nothing to do with the other activities;
4.1.5生产过程中的其他定期洗手要求。

4.2 洗手消毒方法:

清水洗手----用洗手液洗手----冲洗洗手液----将手烘干----用75%的酒精消毒

5  监测
5 monitoring
5.1 每天至少检查一次设施的清洗与完好。
5.1 day inspection at least once a facility cleaning and intact.
5.2 卫生监控人员巡回监督。

5.3 质检部定期做微生物检查。
5.3 QC regular microbiological examination.
5.4 确保洗手液和酒精有至少2天的使用量。

6  纠偏
The 6 correction
6.1检查发现时立即纠正或对其进行培训。

6.2对不符合卫生要求且屡教不改者处以相应处罚。
