　　在不断出现食品安全问题的现状下，基于本标准建立食品安全管理体系的组织，可以通过对其有效性的自我声明和来自组织的评定结果，向社会证实其控制食品安全危害的能力，持续、稳定地提供符合食品安全要求的终产品，满足顾客对食品安全要求；使组织将其食品安全要求与其经营目的有机地统一。
