  统一食品安全管理体系表明,从农田到餐桌食品链上多个机构有效合作的愿望和决心是正确的,典型的统一食品安全管理体系组织机构应在4个层次上运作。

  第一层次:政策制定,风险评估及管理,标准和规章制订;
