1.企业将填写好的《环境标志产品认证申请表》、环境标志保障体系文件连同认证要求中有关材料报中环联合（北京）认证中心有限公司（以下简称认证中心）。

2.认证中心收到申请认证材料后进行文审，与申请认证企业签订合同，合同中明确认证费用及年度监督检查费用，并向企业下发环境标志产品认证受理通知书；
