第四类人是猎头公司的理想目标，可遇而不可求。

The fourth kind of people is the ideal goal of headhunting companies, which can be met but not sought.

第三类人是求其次的选择，他可以使用懂业务的人做助手，弥补短板。

The third kind of person is the second choice. He can use people who understand business as assistants to make up for his shortcomings.

第二类人在组织搭建初期，需要服众的时候，可以临时做做管理者，一旦组织成型，要么他已经成长成第四类，要么被换掉，因为不可能用整个组织的命运作为其个人成长的试验品，除非，这个组织成立的目的就是充当实验品。（大部分人在这个地方有迷思，想想我们周围有多少人抱怨领导不懂业务）

In the early stage of organization construction, when people need to convince the public, they can be temporary managers. Once the organization is formed, either they have grown into the fourth category or they will be replaced, because it is impossible to use the fate of the whole organization as the test object for their personal growth, unless the purpose of the organization is to act as the test object. (most people have misconceptions in this place. Think about how many people around us complain that leaders don't understand business)

第一类人在任何时候都不能成为管理者！

组织管理者可以利用情绪，但是绝不能情绪化管理，时时发泄情绪者，属于被管理者范畴，无论其技术水平如何，绝不能让其掌握权力，否则变数无法预测的大。

Organizational managers can make use of emotions, but they must not be emotional management. Those who vent their emotions from time to time belong to the category of managed people. No matter their technical level, they must not be allowed to master power, otherwise the variables are unpredictable.
