奖惩四大原则
Four principles of reward and punishment
1、及时现地原则(奖惩不过夜,现场表扬);
1. Timely and local principle (reward and punishment, no overnight, on-site praise);
2、事实数据原则(实事求是);
2. The principle of factual data (seeking truth from facts);
3、公开透明原则(不暗箱操作,不搞权谋);
3. The principle of openness and transparency (no secret operation, no conspiracy);
4、公平公正原则(根据制度,对事不对人)。
4. The principle of fairness and justice (according to the system, it is not right for people but for things).
禁忌:因怒而罚人,因喜而奖人。不要根据自己的喜好来奖罚员工,而是要基于原则,基于制度,发挥制度的杠杆作用,让员工知道干得好,制度上有对应的回报。
Taboo: punish people for anger and reward people for joy. Instead of rewarding and punishing employees according to their own preferences, we should give full play to the leverage of the system based on principles and systems to let employees know that good work can be rewarded by the system.
