Conditions for iso50001 certification decision

在组织的能源管理体系建立及运行符合GB/T23331标准要求的前提下，还应满足以下条件：

On the premise that the establishment and operation of the organization's energy management system meet the requirements of GB / t23331 standard, the following conditions shall also be met:

（1）组织的能源管理及绩效符合国家及行业的相关法律法规要求，包括达到国家和地方政府发布的单位产品能源消耗限额标准要求（适用时）；

(1) The organization's energy management and performance meet the requirements of relevant national and industrial laws and regulations, including meeting the standard requirements of energy consumption limit per unit product issued by the national and local governments (when applicable);

（2）组织的能源管理及绩效满足《能源管理体系 行业认证要求》中规定的相关条件；

(2) The organization's energy management and performance meet the relevant conditions specified in the industrial certification requirements for energy management system;

（3）通过能源管理体系的运行，组织的能源管理水平得到了有效提升；

(3) Through the operation of the energy management system, the organization's energy management level has been effectively improved;

（4）认证审核期间没有受到相关执法监管部门的处罚。

(4) During the certification audit, it was not punished by relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
