《潜在失效模式与后果分析:FMEA》第四版已由AIAG发布,并于2008年11月开始生效。此前很多使用者批评现有手册仅仅是完成“表格填写”,而不能提供整个FMEA过程和与其他APQP活动/信息的关联,因而新版备受关注。
