China - Norway cooperation in the promotion of cleaner production project
      1993～1995年，在中国国家科学技术委员会、挪威合作发展署和北京市环境保护局的资助下，中国可持续发展国际培训中心和挪威注册工程师协会共同执行了中国－挪威合作推广清洁生产项目。

      该项目的主要内容包括：包括集中培训、在企业实施清洁生产项目和示范项目研究。1994年9月，北京的15家企业参加了为期一年的中国-挪威合作推广清洁生产项目。项目研究包括开展“北京推广实施清洁生产研究”和编写“清洁生产实施指南”。

The project was the main outcome:
      1、通过对集中培训和企业清洁生产项目的评估，35名学员获得了挪威注册工程师协会颁发的“清洁生产专家资格”证书。
1, through the centralized training and enterprise cleaner production assessment of the project, 35 students won the Norway Engineer Association awarded the" cleaner production experts qualified" certificate.
      2、通过清洁生产审核，15家企业共产生339项废物削减方案。每年可节省资金4，874万元人民币，同时削减废水排放23万吨、COD排放600吨以及固体废物24吨。

     中国－挪威合作推广清洁生产项目的实施证明，通过改善企业内部管理、采用简单的再循环利用、略微改进生产过程、改变原材料和使用实用的工艺技术等措施，就能够削减10%～20%工业企业产生的废物。同时，还能为企业带来可观的经济效益。此外，通过技术革新和改造，实施废物削减的中长期方案，能进一步削减25%～30%的工业废物排放。
