In order to better in the enterprise implementation of cleaner production and energy efficiency audit, the United Nations Environment Programme technology, industry and economic department launched the cleaner production energy efficiency audit project.
本项目旨在借助综合性的方法，通过改进能源管理实践工作以及为中小企业寻找并确定新的清洁生产-能源效率投资方案，减少工业二氧化碳的排放。
The purpose of this project is to use a comprehensive method, by improving energy management practice as well as for small and medium enterprises to identify the new cleaner production energy efficiency investment scheme, reduce industrial emissions of carbon dioxide.
国家清洁生产中心参照使用了联合国环境署开发并推荐的清洁生产-能效审核方法学，并结合中国的实际情况对该方法学进行了改进。本项目旨在以节能降耗为重点找出潜在的清洁生产-能源效率方案，从而预测并且削减温室气体（GHG）的排放。
National cleaner production centre with reference to use of the United Nations Environment Programme and recommended the development of cleaner production audit for energy efficiency, combined with China's actual conditions the method is improved. This project aims to find out the potential of saving energy and reducing consumption focus on cleaner production - energy efficiency scheme, thus predicting and reducing greenhouse gas emissions ( GHG ).
