ITSS——信息技术服务标准，是在工业和信息化部、国家标准化委的领导和支持下，由ITSS工作组研制  的一套IT服务领域的标准库和一套提供IT服务的方法论。

ITSS -- information technology service standard is a set of standard library and methodology for providing IT services developed by ITSS working group under the leadership and support of Ministry of industry and information technology and National Standardization Commission.

ITSS信息技术服务标准是一套成体系和综合配套的信息技术服务标准库，全面规范了IT服务产品及其组  成要素，用于指导实施标准化和可信赖的IT服务。 ITSS认证分会在中国电子工业标准化技术协会的领导下，  充分发挥平台作用，认真做好信息技术服务标准的应用推广工作；加强自身能力建设，服务于会员单位  发展；稳步推进ITSS标准的符合性评估，严把评估质量关。ITSS充分借鉴了质量管理原理和过程改进方  法的精髓，规定了IT服务的组成要素和生命周期，并对其进行标准化。

ITSS information technology service standard is a set of systematic and comprehensive information technology service standard library, which comprehensively standardizes IT service products and its components, and is used to guide the implementation of standardized and reliable IT services. Under the leadership of China Electronic Industry Standardization Technology Association, ITSS certification branch gives full play to the role of the platform, conscientiously does a good job in the application and promotion of information technology service standards, strengthens its own capacity building, serves the development of member units, steadily advances the conformity evaluation of ITSS standards, and strictly controls the evaluation quality. ITSS fully draws lessons from the essence of quality management principles and process improvement methods, defines the components and life cycle of IT services, and standardizes them.
