On the contract
认可准则中“合同”不仅指具有法律效力并正式签定的约定，还包括与临床部门和患者已成惯例和符合双方意向的其他形式的约定。
In acceptance criteria, "contract" refers not only to legally valid and formally signed agreements, but also to other forms of agreements with clinical departments and patients that have become routine and conform to the intentions of both parties.
例如，临床部门要求实验室开展“白血病免疫分型”这一检验项目，而实验室答应开展这一检验项目，那么这就形成了广义上的合同。
For example, the clinical department requires the laboratory to carry out the "leukemia immunotyping" test, and the laboratory agrees to carry out the test, which forms a broad contract.
广义的合同的评审可以通过各种方式来进行。比如，实验室就检验的整个过程及相关的资源同临床部门进行协商、交流、讨论，实际上就达到了合同评审的目的。
The review of generalized contracts can be carried out in various ways. For example, the laboratory negotiates, communicates and discusses with the clinical department on the whole process of testing and related resources, which in fact achieves the purpose of contract review.
