环境标志制度和国际环境管理标准——ISO14000

　　环境标志又称绿色标志，是指政府部门或公共团体依据一定的环境标准，向企业颁发证书，证明其产品的生产、使用及处理过程符合环保要求，对环境无害或危害极低，并有利于资源再生利用。环境标志有三种：即.Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型。. 型环境标志为生态环保标志，依各国国情的变化，Ⅰ型标志也存在不同的标准。Ⅱ型标志是“企业声明”性质的信息标志，企事业单位依据自身特点，制订具体的环境保护方法，以标识的方式向社会公开。Ⅲ型标志为产品质量标志，以具体数据的方式表明企事业产品的环境特征。我国和日本等国采用I型标志，美国及欧盟等国多采用Ⅲ型标志。从1978 年德国最先推出这一制度以来，已有40多个国家(多为发达国家)和地区实行这一制度，我国自1994年实施以来已颁布了数批获得环境标志的产品及企业。
