什么是食品污染?

食品污染是指食品受到有害物质的侵袭,致使食品质量安全性、营养性和感官性状发生改变的过程。随着科学技术的不断发展,各种化学物质的不断产生和应用,有害物质的种类和来源也进一步繁杂,食品污染大致可分为:
