什么是食品质量安全?
What is the food quality and safety?
食品质量安全是指食品质量状况对食用者健康、安全的保证程序。用于消费者最终消费的食品,不得出现因食品原料、包装问题或生产加工、运输、储存过程中的存在的质量问题对人体健康、人身安全造成或者可能造成任何不利的影响。食品的质量必须符合国家法律、行政法规和强制性标准的要求,不得存在危及人体健康和人身财产安全的不合理危险。
