SA8000 certification fees

要获得“SA8000”认证，制造商和供应商必须支付：

To obtain "SA8000" certification, manufacturers and suppliers must pay:

a)500美元的申请费；

A) $500 application fee;

b)每人次的审查费x天数。(比如，在中国对一个工厂进行初次审查，审查天数是11．5天，每人次一天是750美元，则费用是8625美元)；

B) the number of days per examination fee X. (for example, in China for the first time to review a factory, the number of days is 11.5 days, each time a day is $750, the cost is $8625);

c)交通和翻译费用；

C) traffic and translation costs;

d)5个月后，5个监督员进行为期3天的审查，每天每个监督员的费用是750美元，共11250美元；

D) 5 months after the 5 supervisors for a period of 3 days of review, the cost of each supervisor is $750 per day, a total of $11250;

e)改善劳工条件——根据数量和违反类型。

E) to improve labor conditions, according to the quantity and type of violation.

SA8000成员支付的年费按照他们的收人来决定：

SA8000 members pay annual fee in accordance with their income to decide:

l级：收入低于25000000美元的，年费为1500美元；

Class L: income is less than $25000000, an annual fee of $1500;

2级：收入在25000001—100000000美元之间的，年费为3500美元；

Level 2: revenue between $100000000 and $25000001, an annual fee of $3500;

3级：收入在100000001—500000000美元之间的，年费为5000美元；

Level 3: revenue between $500000000 and $100000001, an annual fee of $5000;

4级：收入在500000001—1000000000美元之间的，年费为7500美元；

Level 4: revenue between $1000000000 and $500000001, an annual fee of $7500;

5级：收人在1000000001一10000000000美元之间的，年费为10000美元；

Level 5: income is between 1000000001 and 10000000000 dollars, an annual fee of $10000;

6级：收入在10000000001美元以上的，年费为15000美元；

Level 6: income above $10000000001, an annual fee of $15000;

非营利组织有20％的优惠。

Non profit organizations have 20% discount.
