SA8000社会责任管理体系应该是一个文件化的体系。社会责任管理体系文件是公司为了实施社会责任管理而编写的,系统化的和规范化的所有文件的总称。

 SA8000标准并没有明确要求公司编写社会责任管理手册,公司可以根据自身特点和需要编写管理手册。对于社会责任管理基础比较薄弱的公司,单独编写社会责任管理手册有利于突出重点,强化社会责任管理,等到公司社会责任管理走上正轨后,逐步同其它管理体系整合在一起,实现多种管理体系的一体化。
