SA8000 documents: employee complaint management approach
1.0目的:为倡导员工参与管理,以达到理顺公司内部关系、增进公司经营成效、加强民主建设的目的。
1 Objective: to promote the employees participate in the management, in order to achieve straighten company interior relations, promote business efficiency, strengthen democratic construction purposes.
2.0  适用范围:本公司全体员工。

3.0  职责:
Responsibility 3:
3.1人力资源部:负责员工建议与申诉的收集、审核,可行性建议的奖励,员工违规行为的惩戒等。
3.1 human resources department: responsible for the employees' suggestions and complaints were collected, audit, feasibility of the proposed incentives, employee violations punishment.
3.2各职能部门:建议、申诉涉及的部门有责任配合人力资源部进行申诉的调查取证以及评定建议的可行性工作。

4.0      内容:

4.1申诉程序
4.1 complaint procedures
员工认为公司工作开展、管理、用人等方面存在问题并有申诉意见的,可填写《员工申诉书》,将申诉事项填列后上交给直属主管或人事处。
The staff that the company work, management, human and other problems and views of the complainant, fill out the" employee complaint complaint", will fill out later to supervisor or department of personnel.
4.2申诉范围
4.2 complaints range
(一)   相关部门的工作效率、工作方法、配合问题。

(二)   后勤部门保障状况、服务态度问题。

(三)   上级滥用职权或事件处理不公。
( three) the superior events of breach of privilege or unfair treatment.
(四)   企业行政处分侵犯职工合法权益的;
( four) the enterprise administrative sanctions violations of the legitimate rights and interests of workers;
(五)   检举揭发公司员工徇私舞弊或其他损害公司利益的行为。
( five) expose employees play favouritism and commit irregularities or other damage to the interests of the company act.
4.3申诉的审议
4.3 complaint consideration
4.3.1人力资源部通过各种渠道收集员工的建议及申诉意见。管理部收到申诉书后,立即编号入档并进行相关的调查工作。
4.3.1 human resources through various channels to collect the employee suggestion and appeal. Management department received claims, immediately number into gear and related investigations.
4.3.2针对各个建议申诉的具体情况设立临时审议组。

4.3.3审议组对建议书进行技术性、可行性的评估分析,并分别签注意见;对申诉书进行调查取证,并参照《员工手册》作出处理意见。

4.3.4审议组将建议申诉的审议结果上报副总经理,重大事项汇报给总经理。

4.4申诉的实施

1)    对申诉调查确属事实的,对有关人员进行奖惩。(为保障员工权益对申诉员工姓名给予保密。)

2)    对申诉调查结果发现属凭空捏造或虚报真相的,参照《员工手册》规定条款对申诉人进行处罚。

4.5申诉的奖惩

4.5.1经采纳的建议,参照《员工手册》规定条款对建议人进行奖励。
4.5.1 accepted proposal, referring to" Employee Handbook" provisions to suggest that reward.
4.5.2经查实的违规情节,参照《员工手册》规定条款对申诉事实相关人员进行处罚、对申诉人进行奖励。
4.5.2 the verified violations, according to" Employee Handbook" provisions of the regulations on complaint facts related personnel punishment, the appeals for reward.
