SA8000(Social Accountability 8000)即企业社会责任标准，它规定了企业必须承担的对社会和利益相关者的责任，对工作环境、员工健康与安全、员工培训、薪酬、工会权利等具体问题指定了最低要求，例如禁止雇佣童工和必须消除性别或种族歧视等。
