Validity period and change description of ITSS certification certificate validity period and change requirements of ITSS information technology service certification certificate

1.证书有效期3年，获证单位需延续证书有效期的，应在证书有效期期满前提交再评估申请，再评估程序同初次评估。

1. The validity period of the certificate is 3 years. If the certificate holder needs to extend the validity period of the certificate, it shall submit an application for reassessment before the expiration of the validity period of the certificate. The reassessment procedure is the same as that of the initial evaluation.

通过再评估的获证单位，ITSS分会换发新证书。未完成再评估的获证单位，证书到期后自动注销。

The ITSS branch will issue a new certificate to the certified unit that has passed the reassessment. The certified entity that has not completed the reassessment will be automatically cancelled after the certificate expires.

2.获证单位在证书有效期内发生名称、地址等一般变更，应在变更发生之日起30日内，向ITSS分会提出证书变更申请。

2. If the name, address and other general changes occur within the validity period of the certificate, the certified unit shall submit an application for certificate change to ITSS branch within 30 days from the date of the change.

ITSS分会核实后办理证书变更手续。

The ITSS branch will handle the certificate change procedures after verification.

3.获证单位在证书有效期内发生分立、合并、重组或业务调整等重大变更，可向ITSS分会提出证书变更申请。

3. In case of major changes such as division, merger, reorganization or business adjustment within the validity period of the certificate, the certified unit can submit an application for certificate change to ITSS branch.

对符合变更要求的，ITSS分会组织变更评估，通过变更评估的换发新证书。

For those meeting the change requirements, ITSS branch shall organize the change evaluation and issue a new certificate through the change evaluation.
