三标一体化认证的发展趋势
Three marked the integration of the development trend of authentication
　　1)一体化管理体系应成为三个标准的有机融合，而不是三个体系的简单相加。在一体化管理体系建立之前，应该形成IMS标准作为建立一体化管理体系的依据。这一标准可能仍采用PDCA作为基本框架。
