近两年来，按照油田公司HSE工作部署，作为唯一的天然气生产专业单位，采气一厂牢固树立“有感领导、直线责任、属地管理”的HSE理念，稳步推进HSE风险控制方法，规范HSE管理体系运行，积极探索实践HSE管理方法、工具应用（实践），确保全厂86口气井，13个站点、10套天然气生产处理装置在检维修和工艺改造过程中施工作业风险受控。

该厂逐步探索，采取由简到难，由浅入深的方式，渐次推进。2010年，在天然气产生处理装置检维修和工艺改造方案编制过程中，要求每个采气作业区都要选择一项HSE管理方法、工具进行试点应用，并在当年的HSE体系内审工作中进行检查。当年，首次在该厂玛河气田开展了HAZOP分析方法应用，在此基础上，呼图壁气田根据自己的实际情况，主动运用HAZOP节点分析方法指导气田生产装置科学防冻，取得了显著效果。

据了解，呼图壁气田于1998年投入开发，是新疆油田公司开发建设的第一座整装贫凝析气田。现累计生产天然气58亿方，稳定轻烃23万吨，累计创造价值约44.6亿元。十五期间被誉为克拉玛依清洁能源生命线，连续13年实现安全生产“三零”目标，其间三次荣获股份公司高效开发气田，并荣获“集团公司百面红旗单位”的称号。自HSE管理推行以来，提高了员工主动抓安全生产的意识，培养了员工从细微处抓安全生产的习惯，将物的不安全状态和人的不安全行为消灭在“萌芽”状态。
