ISO22716即化妆品良好生产规范（Cosmetics-Good Manufacturing Practices），是国际标准化组织（ISO）2007年11月制定发布的针对化妆品行业的质量管理体系标准，该标准为化妆品制造商提供：生产、控制、贮存等方面的操作指南。

Iso22716, namely cosmetics good manufacturing practices, is a quality management system standard for cosmetics industry formulated and issued by international organization for Standardization (ISO) in November 2007.

ISO22716化妆品国际标准规范了化妆品制造商的管理要求；硬件要求（厂房、生产场所、设备等），材料的采购和使用及产品制造过程的卫生与品质控制、人员卫生管理、产品检验、质量异常的处置及产品投诉与召回等内容。

ISO 22716 international standard for cosmetics standardizes the management requirements of cosmetic manufacturers; hardware requirements (workshop, production site, equipment, etc.), procurement and use of materials, hygiene and quality control of product manufacturing process, personnel health management, product inspection, treatment of abnormal quality, product complaints and recall, etc.
