全球食品安全倡议（GFSI）成立于2000年，是独立的非盈利国际组织，由70多个国家的650余家世界领先的食品生产、零售企业和餐饮等供应链服务商组成。
Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) was established in 2000. It is an independent non-profit international organization. It is composed of more than 650 world leading food production, retail enterprises and catering supply chain service providers in more than 70 countries.
主张要从根本上解决食品安全问题，应通过标准比对、标准互认，“一处认证，处处认可”，实现不同食品安全标准之间的全球趋同，提高食品供应链的成本效率
In order to solve the problem of food safety fundamentally, we should realize the global convergence of different food safety standards and improve the cost efficiency of food supply chain through standard comparison and mutual recognition
