山西省酿酒工业协会召开第四次会员代表大会，山西杏花村汾酒集团公司等27家酿酒企业发出质量安全承诺书。

本着对消费者负责，对社会负责的态度，山西省酿酒企业向消费者和社会承诺：
In the consumer responsible, socially responsible attitude, Shanxi wine enterprises to consumers and social commitment:
生产酒类的工艺、设备、环境、检验等，要做到完全符合国家法律、法规有关规定；从原辅材料进厂、工艺监控、产品出厂检验到售后服务实施有效的全过程质量管理，坚决做到不合格原材料不投入生产，不合格产品不出厂；
The production of wine technology, equipment, environment, inspection, to be in full compliance with state laws, regulations and relevant provisions; from raw and auxiliary materials into the plant, process monitoring, product testing to after-sales service and effective implementation of the whole process of quality management, resolutely to unqualified raw materials do not go into production, substandard products not manufactured;
严格执行食品安全标准，绝不添加任何非食品添加剂物质，添加食品添加剂坚决执行GB2760-2011食品添加剂使用标准；

配合政府有关部门，严厉打击假冒伪劣产品；
