怎样申请获得绿色食品标志使用权？
How to apply for to gain access of green food mark?
按照《绿色食品标志管理办法》的要求，申请在中心注册的九大类食品上使用绿色食品标志的程序如下：
According to" green food mark runs way" requirement, application in the centre registered nine categories of food to use green food symbol procedures are as follows:
（1）申请人填定《绿色食品标志使用申请书》一式两份，报所在省（自治区、直辖市、计划单列市）绿色食品委托管理机构。
( 1) the applicant fill out the" green flag to use the application" in two copies, report to the provinces ( autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, municipalities ) green food commissioned management institution.
（2）各委托管理机构专职管理人员赴企业进行实地考察，考察合格者由定点环境监测中心对该项产品或原料的产地进行环境监测与评价。
( 2) the commissioned management institution of full-time management personnel to the company site visits, inspection qualified persons designated by the environmental monitoring center of the product or the origin of raw materials for environmental monitoring and evaluation.
（3）绿色食品标志专职管理人员结合考察情况及环境评价结果对申请材料进行初审，并将初审合格的材料报中国绿色食品发展中心。

（4）中国绿色食品发展中心对申报材料进行审核，合格的通知绿色食品委托管理机构对申报产品进行抽检，并由定点的食品监测机构依据绿色食品标准进行检测。

（5）中国绿色食品发展中心对检测合格的产品进行终审。

（6）终审合格的申请人与中国绿色食品发展中心签订“绿色食品标志使用合同”，不合格者，当年不再受理其申请。

（7）中国绿色食品发展中心对申报合格的产品进行编号，并颁发绿色食品标志使用证书。

（8）申请人对环境监测结果或产品抽检结果有异议，可向中国绿色食品发展中心提出仲裁检测申请。中国绿色食品发展中心委托二家或二家以上的定点监测机构对其重新检测，并依据有关规定作出裁决。
