As the annual gathering of global scampi chief assessors, CMMI lecturers and partners, CMMI seminar is an important opportunity for chief assessors, lecturers and other process improvement experts to face-to-face exchange, and also an important place for the development status and follow-up development trend of global software process field in the past year.
作为主任评估师，有幸参与了本次CMMI研讨会。会上同近十位主任评估师就中国大陆CMMI的现状与问题——评估数量与质量的矛盾——进行了深入的交流，并结合本次研讨会上发布的CMMI评估的官方数据，以及CMMIV1.3版本的升级计划，就如何缓解“做大”与“做强”的矛盾给出了初步的分析。
As the chief appraiser, I have the honor to participate in this CMMI seminar. At the meeting, we had in-depth exchanges with nearly ten chief assessors on the current situation and problems of CMMI in mainland China - the contradiction between the quantity and quality of the assessment. Combined with the official data of CMMI assessment released at this seminar and the upgrade plan of CMMI version v1.3, we gave a preliminary analysis on how to ease the contradiction between "becoming bigger" and "becoming stronger".
