评审结束后，由评审组长主持召开末次会议，末次会议的内容主要有：

After the review, the review team leader shall preside over the final meeting, which mainly includes:

（1）宣布评审总体情况和评审过程中发现的问题；

（2）宣读评审意见和评审结论；

(2) Read out review comments and conclusions;

（3）列出不符合项、基本符合项，并提出整改要求；

(3) List non conformance and basic conformance, and put forward rectification requirements;

（4）检验检测机构就评审结论发表意见；

(4) The inspection and testing organization shall give comments on the review conclusion;

（5）评审组长宣布现场评审工作结束。
