Notes on inspection of quality records of CMA measurement certification

评审组对各类质量记录进行查证，对检测机构管理体系运行的有效性做出评价。检测机构应注意以下问题：

The review group shall verify all kinds of quality records and evaluate the effectiveness of the management system operation of the testing organization. The testing organization shall pay attention to the following problems:

（1）文件资料中的受控文件一定要加盖受控章，各种文件的发放、领用记录一定要体现出来；

(1) The controlled documents in the documents must be stamped with the controlled seal, and the distribution and receiving records of various documents must be reflected;

（2）质量管理体系运行记录应齐全，特别是程序文件中引用的各类记录，确保记录能够准确反映出机构的管理体系运行状况；

(2) The operation records of the quality management system shall be complete, especially the various records quoted in the procedure documents, to ensure that the records can accurately reflect the operation status of the organization's management system;

（3）报告、原始记录的内容要全面准确，特别是原始记录中应有环境情况描述、使用仪器设备信息等；

(3) The contents of the report and the original record shall be comprehensive and accurate, especially the description of the environment and the information of the instruments and equipment used in the original record;

（4）记录的形成、修改、保管符合体系文件的有关规定。

(4) The formation, modification and storage of records shall conform to the relevant provisions of system documents.
