一、有机加工者、处理者和贸易者必须采取以下管理措施来预防害虫的发生:a消除害虫的孳生条件;b.防止害虫接触加工和处理设备;c.通过对温度、湿度、光照、空气等环境因素的控制,防止害虫的繁殖。

四、在加工、贮藏场所遭受害虫严重侵袭的紧急情况下,提倡使用中草药(限制使用硫磺)进行喷雾和熏蒸处理。禁止使用环氧乙烷、溴甲烷和磷化铝等附录B中没有列入的物质作熏蒸剂。

六、有意或无意的直接使用禁用的方法或物质将有可能被拒绝或取消有机认证。加工者必须采取必要的措施预防污染,包括在使用禁用物质前将有机产品从储藏场所或加工设备中移走的措施,以及净化设备的措施。
