一、发证产品范围及申证单元

实施食品生产许可证管理的蜂产品包括蜂蜜和蜂王浆（含蜂王浆冻干品）。

实施食品生产许可证管理的蜂蜜指蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜、分泌物或蜜露，与自身分泌物结合后，经过充分酿造而成的天然甜物质（原料蜜），经过滤、脱水（根据需要）、灌装加工而成的产品；实施食品生产许可证管理的蜂王浆（别名：蜂皇浆）指工蜂舌腺和上腭腺分泌的，主要用于饲喂蜂王的浆状物质，经过滤、加工制作而成的蜂王浆及蜂王浆冻干品产品。

蜂产品的申证单元为2个：蜂蜜；蜂王浆（含蜂王浆冻干品）。

在生产许可证上应当注明获证产品名称及品种，分装企业还应单独注明分装。蜂产品生产许可证有效期为3年，其产品类别编号为2601。
