符合认证条件的独立的食品生产加工企业，要拿到QS认证简单来说大致需要以下步骤：

　　一、到企业所在地的市（地）级质量技术监督部门或者到省级质量技术监督部门提出办理《食品生产许可证》的申请。

　　二、填写《食品生产许可证申请书》，并提交工商营业执照、食品卫生许可证、企业代码证复印件各1份，企业厂区布局图和生产工艺流程图（标注有关键设备和参数）各1份 企业产品标准1份企业质量管理文件1份。

　　三、书面材料符合要求的 发给《食品生产许可证受理通知书》；企业在发出申请材料后，省、市（地）级质量技术监督部门会在15个工作日内，组织审查组完成书面材料审核工作并通知企业。

　　四、书面材料审查合格以后，企业将在70个工作日内接受有关质量技术监督部门对企业的生产必备条件、检验能力的现场审查和对企业生产食品的抽样检验。

　　五、经审查符合发证条件之后 质量技术监督部门将在10个工作曰内对审查报告进行审核，确认无误后＿由省级质量技术监督部门统一汇总符合发证条件企业的材料，并在15个工作日内将该企业名单及相关材料报国家质监总局。

　　七、企业取得《食品生产许可证》以后，在食品的最小销售包装上，标在《食品生产许可证》编号及QS标识。

　　八、强制检验：
In eight, compulsory inspection:
　　1、企业具备产品出厂检验能力的，由企业自行进行产展出厂检验。实施自行检验的企业，每隔6个月应当接受企业所在地质量技术监督部门指定的检验。

　　九、年度审查。取得《食品生产许可证》的企业，应当在证书有效期内。每满1年的前1个月内向所在地的市（地）级以上质量技术监督部门提出年审申请。
