QS认证程序及提交材料

QS是“质量安全”(QualitySafety)的英文缩写,它是我国新近实施的食品质量安全标志。国家强制性规定,所有的食品生产企业必须经过检验,合格且在最小销售单元的食品包装上标注食品生产许可证编号并加印食品质量安全市场准入标志(“QS”标志)后才能出厂销售。自2004年起,我国首先在大米、食用植物油、小麦粉、酱油和醋五类食品行业中实行食品质量安全市场准入制度。

一、准备资料

二、 申请
Two, application
食品生产加工企业按照地域管辖和分级管理的原则,到所在地的市(地)级质量技术监督部门提出办理食品生产许可证的申请,提交申请材料。

质监部门在接到企业申请材料后组成审查组,完成对申请书和资料等文件的审查。企业材料符合要求后,发给《食品生产许可证受理通知书》。

企业申报材料不符合要求的,企业将在接到质量技术监督部门的通知后补正。

三、审查

企业的书面材料合格后,按照食品生产许可证审查规则,企业要接受审查组对企业必备条件和出厂检验能力的现场审查。

现场审查合格的企业,由审查组现场抽封样品。

审查组或申请取证企业将样品送达指定的检验机构进行检验。经必备条件审查和发证检验合格而符合发证条件的,地方质量技监部门对审查报告进行审核,确认无误后,统一汇总材料在规定时间内报送国家质检总局。
