1、委托检验淘汰，要求企业必须具备出厂检验能力，原已拿证的企业，属于委托检验的必须在年底前建立自己的实验室，否则将取消其QS证。

2、QS企业每年都将接受严格的证后监督检查，对其申证条件进行审核。

若发现有严重不合格项就将吊销其QS证。该项工作将由省级质量技术监督部门统筹进行。
