国际实验室认可合作组织（ILAC）要求各国认可组织于2016年3月1日前完成标准转换工作。
International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (ILAC) requires States to be recognized by the organization in March 2016 1 to complete the standard conversion work.
To enable the smooth medical laboratory accreditation standard conversion of the recognized organization in the Asia Pacific region, the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (APLAC) in 2013 July 9 to 11 in Bangkok held ISO15189:2012 medical laboratory quality and ability requirements of the training class.
