申请ISO/TS16949注意事项:
Application of ISO / TS16949 note:
  1. ISO/TS 16949:2009 注重质量管理体系的完整性。申请认证的主体是汽车零部件(或相关产品)的制造场所,支持性的职能(如设计中心、销售服务、采购、仓库等)无论是与制造场所在一起还是远离制造场所,都必须列入审核的范围。须注意:支持性的职能不能独立取得ISO/TS 16949:2009认证证书
1 ISO / TS 16949: 2009 quality management system integrity. Certification is the main auto parts ( or related products ) manufacturing sites, supportive functions ( such as design center, sales and service, purchasing, warehouse etc. ) both with manufacturing sites together or away from the manufacturing site, must be included in the audit scope. Note: supportive functions can not be independent of ISO / TS 16949 : 2009 certification.
 2. ISO/TS 16949:2009对质量管理体系要求的删减,规定只允许出现在产品设计部分(技术规范7.3),当产品设计的责任由顾客承担时。产品设计删减的合理性必须经过审核员现场审核的验证,审核要求严于目前9000对条款的把握程度。如果企业外包产品设计,则审核员审核时必须验证企业和设计分承包方都有适当的能力来满足技术规范相关条款(7.3)的要求,包括企业与承包方的接口。

  3. 认证审核关注顾客满意,关注与顾客有关的所有要求是否有效实施。ISO/TS16949提出了顾客导向过程的概念。所谓顾客导向过程,是那些直接与顾客有接触的过程,也就是顾客对企业有直接的要求或期望的那些活动。IATF要求审核员在审核前必须识别企业的顾客导向过程(COP),并以顾客导向过程为基础分析相关的的支持过程、管理过程、测量指标、相关要求等。IATF列出了10个典型的顾客导向过程,它们是:1)市场分析;2)投标;3)订单/需求;4)产品和过程设计;5)产品和过程验证确认;6)产品生产;7)交付;8)支付;9)保用/服务;10)售后过程/顾客反馈。

  4. ISO/TS 16949:2009更强调认证审核过程是一个增值的过程。IATF要求审核过程不仅要评价企业的质量管理体系是否符合ISO/TS 16949:2009技术规范的要求,同时要为企业识别改进的机会。这些改进机会将有利于企业提高产品质量,优化流程,降低成本,提高效率。因此审核过程更为严谨与细致。
4 ISO / TS 16949: 2009 emphasizes the certification process is a value-added process.
