ISO22000:2005 "food safety management system for any organization in the food chain requirements" officially released in September 1, 2005
为保证全球食品安全供应,国际标准化组织于2005年9月1日正式发布了ISO22000:2005《食品安全管理体系——对食品链中各类组织的要求》,同年11月又发布了ISO/TS22004:2005《食品安全管理体系ISO22000应用指南》。

ISO22000采用了ISO 9001标准体系结构,在食品危害风险识别、确认以及系统管理方面,参照了食品法典委员会颁布的《食品卫生通则》中有关HACCP体系和应用指南部分。
