有机食品认证对生产过程控制体系的要求
Organic food certification for the production process control system requirements
  遵循《有机食品认证技术准则》的要求,建立并完善企业生产过程控制体系:
Follow the" organic food certification technical standards" requirements, establish and perfect the production process control system:
  1、产品必须来自己建立的或正在建立的有机农业生产体系,或采用有机方式采集的野生天然产品。

  2、加工产品所用原料必须来自已建立的或正在建立的有机农业生产体系,或采用有机方式采集的野生天然产品。

  3、在整个生产过程中必须严格遵循有机食品生产、采集、加工、包装、贮藏、运输标准:

  (1)有机食品在其生产和加工过程中绝对禁止使用化学合成的农药、化肥、激素、抗生素、食品添加剂等,而普通食品则允许有限制地使用这些物质;
