有机食品认证对质量管理体系的基本要求

  申请有机食品认证企业(单位),须按《有机食品认证技术准则》的要求,建立并完善涵盖如下内容的管理体系:

  (一)质量管理手册

    质量管理手册是阐述企业质量管理方针目标、质量体系和质量活动的纲领指导性文件,对质量管理体系作出了恰当的描述,是质量体系建立和实施中所应用的主要文件,即是质量管理体系运行中长期遵循的文件。质量保证手册的主要内容包括:
