1  目的
1 Purpose
清洁不锈钢工器具，防止交叉污染。
Cleaning of stainless steel equipment, to prevent cross contamination.
2  适用范围
2 scope of application
适用于生产车间所有不锈钢工器具。
Applicable to the production workshop all stainless steel tool.
3  职责
Responsibility 3
3.1 岗位操作员负责操作执行。
3.1 post operator is responsible for execution of the operation.
3.2 专人负责清洁消毒剂贮存管理；操作员负责消毒剂的配置。

3.3 班组长负责检查督促。

3.4 质检部负责表面微生物检查。

4  工作程序
4 working procedures
方法: 用专用刷子刷洗表面污物→用200ppm含氯消毒水浸泡10分钟（注意：一定要戴乳胶手套操作）→清水冲洗
Method: use special brush scrub the dirt on the surface of 200ppm chlorine-containing disinfectant to soak for 10 minutes ( Note: be sure to wear latex gloves operation ), rinse with water
5  监控

5.1 视觉检查其清洁度。

5.2 卫生监控人员的巡回监督。

5.3 质检部定期表面微生物检查。

6  频率
The 6 frequency
6.1 每班生产前及生产结束后。

6.2 被污染后立即进行。

7  纠偏

在检查发现问题时应采取适当的方法及时纠正，如再清洁、消毒，检查消毒剂浓度，员工培训等。
