2003年4月国家认证认可监督管理委员会首次提出在我国食品链源头建立“良好农业规范”体系，并于2004年启动了ChinaGAP标准的编写和制定工作，ChinaGAP标准起草主要参照EUREPGAP标准的控制条款，并结合中国国情和法规要求编写而成，目前，ChinaGAP标准为系列标准，国家认证认可监督管理委员会和FoodPLUS GmbH（为GLOBALGAP秘书处）正在将ChinaGAP与GLOBALGAP进行基准比较，以期获得EUREP秘书处对ChinaGAP的认可，ChinaGAP标准的发布和实施必将有力地推动我国农业生产的可持续发展，提升我国农产品的安全水平和国际竞争力。
