中国良好农业规范（CHINAGAP）介绍

China good agricultural practices ( CHINAGAP ) is introduced

    2003年卫生部发布了“中药材GAP生产试点认证检查评定办法”，作为官方对中药材生产组织的控制要求。但是，作为食品链生产源头的农作物和畜禽生产领域却仍为空白，特别是近年来中国农产品出口由于兽药、添加剂、农药残留等问题的影响而受到封杀，如虾产品中的氯霉素事件、水产品中的硝基呋喃、猪肉中的盐酸克仑特罗（瘦肉精）以及磺胺类药物等，直接影响到我国农食产品的出口及农产品贸易，甚至危害消费者的健康。

    2003年4月，国家认证认可监督管理委员会根据有关专家的建议首次提出在食品链源头建立良好农业规范体系，并于2004年初着手相关标准的翻译和资料收集工作，并成立“我国GAP合格评定体系”专家组，起草编写相关规范、标准。2006年1月，国家认监委制定了《良好农业规范认证实施规则（试行）》，并会同有关部门联合制定了良好农业规范系列国家标准，用于指导认证机构开展作物、水果、蔬菜、肉牛、肉羊、奶牛、生猪和家禽生产的良好规范认证活动，每个标准包含通则、控制点与符合性规范、检查表和基准程序。

    CHINAGAP是结合中国国情，根据中国的法律法规，参照GLOBALGAP的有关标准制定的用来认证安全和可持续发展农业的规范性标准。用于认证的良好农业规范系列国家标准为：
