Five basic principles of CNAs Laboratory Accreditation

1.自愿性申请原则：指实验室自己决定是否申请实验室认可。

1. Voluntary application principle: the laboratory decides whether to apply for laboratory accreditation.

2.非岐视性原则：指任何实验室，不论其隶属关系、级别高低、规模大小、所有制性质，只要能满足认可准则要求，均可一视同仁获得认可。

2. Non discrimination principle: any laboratory, regardless of its affiliation, level, scale and ownership, can be recognized equally as long as it can meet the requirements of accreditation criteria.

3.专家评审原则：指为保证认可的科学性和客观公正性，对申请认可的实验室进行评审是指派训练有素的技术专家（主体为注册的评审员）承担评审工作，而非由政府官员来完成。

3. The principle of expert evaluation: in order to ensure the scientificity and objectivity of the accreditation, the evaluation of the laboratory applying for accreditation is to assign well-trained technical experts (the main body is the registered assessor) to undertake the evaluation work, not by government officials.

4.国家认可原则：指实验室认可仅由CNAS代表国家进行，获得认可的实验室，其技术能力和所出数据均可得到国家承认。

4. National accreditation principle: laboratory accreditation is only conducted by CNAs on behalf of the country, and the technical capability and data of the accredited laboratories can be recognized by the country.

5.实验室认可是市场行为，属于社会公信范畴。

5. The laboratory recognizes the market behavior, which belongs to the category of social public trust.
