实验室人员和设备的保存期限应至少保存6年（一个认可周期为6年），若人员离职或设备报废之后，应从人员离职和设备报废之日起再保存6年。
The storage life of laboratory personnel and equipment should be kept for at least 6 years (an accreditation cycle is 6 years). If the staff leaves or the equipment is scrapped, it should be kept for another 6 years from the date of personnel turnover and equipment scrapping.
在职人员及在用设备，所有记录应保存，即使是超过6年的记录。
