（1）未获得有机产品认证的产品，不得在产品或者产品包装及标签上标注含有“有机”、“ORGANIC”等字样且可能误导公众认为该产品为有机产品的文字表述和图案。

(1) Products without organic product certification shall not be marked with words such as "organic" or "organic" on the product or product package and label, which may mislead the public into believing that the product is an organic product.

（2）获证产品（如为加工产品，有机成分需在95%以上）应在产品的最小销售包装上使用有机产品国家标志及其唯一编号（有机码）、认证机构名称。

（3）有机产品认证标志应当在有机产品认证证书限定的产品范围、数量内使用，每一枚标志有唯一编码，可在国家认监委“中国食品农产品认证信息系统”（网址：http：//food.cnca.cn）查询该编码。

(3) The organic product certification mark shall be used within the scope and quantity of products specified in the organic product certification certificate. （4）以下几种情况可不加施有机产品认证标志，但应在销售专区的显著位置摆放有机产品认证证书复印件：

1）现场采摘销售的果蔬类有机产品；
