据了解，《规划》由南漳县人民政府委托中国农科院编制完成。来自中国农大、湖北省绿色食品办公室、华中师范大学、市发改委、市农技推广中心、市农科院、襄阳职业技术学院的7位专家教授组成专家评审组，对《规划》进行了评审。
