各类食品生产许可证审查细则  
The production of various types of food rules permit review
申请条件: (1)具有与申请生产许可的食品品种、数量相适应的食品原料处理和食品加工、包装、贮存等场所,保持该场所环境整洁,并与有毒、有害场所以及其他污染源保持规定的距离;

(6)法律法规和国家产业政策对生产食品有其他要求的,应当符合该要求。

申请材料: (1)《食品生产许可证申请书》;

(2)申请人的身份证(明)或资格证明复印件;

(3)营业执照复印件或者工商行政管理部门出具的《企业名称预先核准通知书》(拟设立食品生产企业)。延续换证的企业,还应提供原食品生产许可证复印件;扩项、生产场所迁址、生产条件发生变化的企业还应提供变更申请表、食品生产许可证复印件;
