Why do competent employees muddle along
每个人都懂得时间的重要，但并不是所有员工都会珍惜工作机会，有能力的员工混日子一定是管理的问题：

结论：有能力的人混日子就是机制文化出了问题，没有能力的人混日子就是领导管理出了问题。
