Principles of communication between managers and employees
一、统一心态
1、 Unified mentality
管理者要以身作则、潜移默化,让团队成员都培养出愿意与人沟通的心态。

二、统一目标

沟通的目标是提高工作效率,最终达成团队目标。切忌不要陷入“通过沟通证明谁更厉害”的怪圈中。

三、统一语言
3、 Unified language
如果同一部门存在不同的岗位或工种,为了保证沟通顺畅,一定要多组织基础专业知识普及的活动,让大家说的话相互都能听懂。

四、统一方法
4、 Unified approach
部门成员统一沟通方法,什么级别的事情口头沟通确认即可,什么事情必须留存邮件或书面单据备查,什么事情必须开会讨论形成结论并形成书面记录。
The department members shall adopt a unified communication method. What level of matters can be confirmed by oral communication, what matters must be retained by mail or written documents for future reference, and what matters must be discussed at meetings to form conclusions and written records.
这些方法根据团队文化制定出细则,形成全体成员的习惯。
